Cleaning Rates & Estimates
Recurring Residential Cleaning
Maid in America provides recurring residential cleaning services as our primary focus. Our clients have regular recurring appointments either weekly or every two weeks.
A recurring residential clean basically includes the following:
- Cleaning of all surfaces in kitchen, including sink, inside of microwave and stove top.
- Cleaning of all bathrooms, top to bottom
- Dusting of entire house, including baseboards and ceiling fans as needed
- Sweeping and vacuuming of all floors
- Mopping of all hard surface floors
A $50.00 fee will be added to the first clean provided, with the regular quoted rate applying thereafter.
Maid in America will not provide an actual quote for cleaning services without first seeing the residence. Many factors go into providing a quote, including size of home/rooms, driving distance, frequency of cleaning, whether some rooms will be excluded, whether some additional cleaning tasks will be included, and others. However, the estimates provided here will give you a close idea:
Full Bathroom $25.00
Half Bathroom $15.00
Kitchen $30.00
Bedroom $10.00
Dining Room $10.00
Home Office $10.00
Family/Living Room $15.00
You may also be assessed the following additional fee or fees:
Children $15.00
Pets $15.00
Children & Pets $20.00
We assess these fees because they result in additional time spent cleaning your home to our high standards.
One-Time Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning (Residential)
All cleanings that are one-time deep cleaning events will be billed out at $100.00 per hour. This is a flat hourly rate for the customer regardless whether additional cleaners are provided by Maid in America. Payment is due on the day of service.
These types of cleanings cannot be billed out at a flat rate, as it is impossible to know for sure exactly how long it will take to complete the job. We will come out to see the residence and review what will need to be cleaned with the owner/tenant. A deep clean could require multiple appointments depending on the size and condition of the home.
